Inspired Business Solutions (IBS) is a management consultancy firm based in Cologne, Germany, in the well-known and centrally located Rheinauhafen area. As part of our consultancy activities, we have long specialised in the areas of strategy consultancy (in connection with trade projects that are relevant to export control laws and/or foreign trade laws), procurement and supply chain management. Our clients are mostly companies from the following industries: power generation, petrochemicals, extraction of fossil raw materials (oil and natural gas) and large-scale industrial food production.
